Cheesy Potato Casserole

Cheesy Potato CasseroleIngredients:

2 lbs frozen hash browns (I use the diced kind)

1/2 cup butter

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup diced onion

salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Defrost potatoes, melt butter, and mix together all ingredients.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9×13 baking dish.

sprinkle it with paprika before baking.
